Winning with Psychographics

To stand out in the competitive mortgage lending field, PNC Bank needed a way to reach first-time home buyers. As part of a campaign, I designed Facebook ads utilizing key psychographics on the audience. Leaning in on use of hashtags and a love for dogs, the creative focuses on key life moments and relatable experiences. The campaign brought a 323% lift in mortgage closing rates for PNC.
